FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will my order take?

We try to fill our orders as promptly as possible and stocked items typically ship within 1-3 days of receipt of order. With standard UPS ground delivery, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Out of stock items typically ship in 4-6 weeks. With white glove freight delivery, in stock orders typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Out of stock items will take longer, but most typically ship in 6-10 weeks. 

 

Can I cancel an order? 

We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of order only.

 

Can I return merchandise I have ordered?

We will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange for any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with as long as it is within 15 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we’ll need your receipt of sale or proof of purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom upholstery or custom orders (made to order especially for you), floor models, fabric yardage or sale items.

We will not be able to offer a store credit or exchange after 15 days from delivery, or if the merchandise shows obvious signs of use or damage, or is missing parts not due to our error. Most non-furniture items may be returned for store credit or exchanged at our store. We do not offer store credit for gift cards. All sale items are a final sale. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately at 949.706.8600 or email us at info@mckeeco.com so we can assist you and provide you with the proper return shipping label(s) and instructions.

 

Can I return a gift?

We’re happy to issue a store credit for the value of the merchandise returned in the form of a McKee & Company gift certificate.

 

How do you ship items? 

We mostly use UPS, and several white glove delivery services for larger freight items. 

 

What if I live clear across the country?

We can deliver anywhere in the continental US.

 

Do you ever allow something to ship on approval?

We do allow you to try some items on approval. Please contact us at 949.706.8600 or email us at info@mckeeco.com. We will need your credit card on file prior to shipping. You are responsible for all shipping related charges. 

 

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes. We take this part of our business very seriously, and follow best industry practices to make sure it is not lost, stolen, accessed, disclosed or destroyed. Your credit card information is highly encrypted using SSL technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take extra precautions above and beyond generally accepted industry standards. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
