SHIPPING + DELIVERY
We try to fill our orders as promptly as possible and stocked items typically ship within 1-3 days of receipt of order. With standard UPS ground delivery, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Out of stock orders will take longer, but most will ship in 4-6 weeks. Rush shipping is available on in-stock orders only. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Shipments to Canada, Alaska and/or Hawaii may be possible but do require a shipping quote. SHIPPING FREIGHT - FURNITURE & OVERSIZED PIECES
Stocked furniture and large items will ship via standard white glove delivery (inside home/room of choice, light arrangement, unpack and remove packaging, no assembly) by freight in 1-2 weeks in most metropolitan areas. Out-of-stock furniture and large items will typically ship in 6-10 weeks in most metropolitan areas. This will include a call from our delivery carrier to schedule delivery. Inspection and signature are required at time of delivery. We are unable to ship to addresses outside the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, or to PO boxes.

Standard white glove delivery costs are estimates based on location, room of choice, packing, crating, weight and dimension information, and may vary from what is indicated. While we have done our best to estimate costs, we reserve the right to change your standard shipping cost, but you will be notified if this is the case and we will not ship without your consent.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES
Oversized, extremely heavy or fragile items cost more to ship and do incur an additional delivery surcharge. This additional price will be listed with the product detail page and in your shopping cart. Delivery to rooms that are not easily accessible, or that require more than a standard two person crew may be subject to additional charges at or after time of delivery.
We ship to you free of charge via USPS. Rush delivery is also available for orders placed Monday-Friday prior to Noon Pacific time: 2nd day delivery is $7.50; Overnight delivery is $15.00. Weekend days excluded.

Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents only.
Occasionally we'll be out of an item that you've ordered. If an item is not in stock, you will see a “future shipping date”. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. We will be in touch by email or phone to keep you posted.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate prices, descriptions, merchandise images and delivery time frame and shipping information, we reserve the right to restrict orders where errors occur. Product availability, prices, delivery dates and delivery rates are subject to change.

RETURNs + CANCELLATIONS
We will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange for any merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we’ll need your receipt of sale or proof of purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom upholstery or custom orders (made to order especially for you), floor models, fabric yardage or sale items.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. We will not be able to offer a store credit or exchange after this time, or if the merchandise shows obvious signs of use or damage, or is missing parts not due to our error. Most non-furniture items may be returned for store credit or exchanged at our store. We do not offer store credit for gift cards. All sale items are final sale. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or damaged, and must be shipped insured via a trackable shipper in its original packaging. If so, please contact us immediately at 949.706.8600 or email us at email@example.com so we can assist you, and prior to sending the item back so we can expedite your replacement order and provide you with the proper return shipping label(s) and instructions.

If you received a gift item, upon receipt of the returned merchandise you will be issued a McKee & Company gift certificate via USPS mail.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We will accept cancellations within 24 hours of order only.
Because we know it isn’t always easy to select a piece of furniture, we will allow you to try selected items on approval for 48 hours. You are responsible for all shipping charges related to an approval. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise, we will assume you are happy with the merchandise and will charge your credit card. If you decide not to keep the item on approval, we must be notified within the 48 hours or your card will be charged. Keep in mind if the item is returned to us damaged in any way, we will charge your card in full. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, and the item must be shipped insured via a trackable shipper in its original packaging.
