What you’ll do:
Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with our customers.
Greet and assist customers in our showroom and go on in-home consultations, helping our clients find the perfect pieces for their homes.
Input sales, collect payments, bag and wrap merchandise.
Support the team in various tasks to keep the showroom running efficiently.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant & Internal Project Manager, you will act as the right hand to the PSD, providing essential administrative support while managing significant internal processes. Your ability to provide organization and support in a fast-paced environment and your unwavering determination will be crucial in helping us achieve design excellence and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support directly to the PSD on all projects, prioritizing tasks and facilitating effective communication with vendors, trades, clients and team members.
Drive internal project process initiatives, demonstrating tenacity to tackle challenges while ensuring project deadlines are met and exceed quality expectations.
Take ownership of preparing detailed documents, purchase orders, presentations, and reports for meetings, showcasing your attention to detail and professionalism.
Collaborate closely with the PSD to ensure project timelines and deliverables align with their goals and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
Attend most site walks with PSD, documenting important notes and punch list items, organizing relevant and important information for the PSD, including follow-up needs with trades and clients, and communicating effectively with all parties.
Maintain thorough project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
Assist in managing strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and updates with confidence, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded consistently.
Organize and maintain files and design resources.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management; Interior Design, or a related field is a plus
Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the interior design/architecture space or other client-facing industry.
Has an Ability to solve problems creatively and proactively, coupled with strong organizational skills to juggle various responsibilities.
Communicates clearly but doesn’t need to overtalk--- just get’s things done.
Is Comfortable with client interactions, including handling difficult conversations with tact and firmness.
Is tech-savvy enough to manage schedules, plans, and reporting.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying information clearly and confidently in all interactions.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); a working knowledge of Dropbox is a plus.
Has a proven ability to work independently while being a cooperative and collaborative member of a high-performing team.
