SHIPPING METHODS

Please expect shipping delays and backorder notifications for furniture orders during this time.

FedEx (Ground) Delivery

  • In Stock items typically ship in 1-2 days and arrive in 3-5 days. 
  • Out of stock items typically ship in 4-6 weeks and arrive in 5-7 weeks.
  • Please note shipping delays may result in longer lead times on select out of stock items.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
  • Shipments requiring special handling will result in additional surcharges. 
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes. 
  • We deliver anywhere within the continental United States, including Alaska & Hawaii
  • Delivery to Canada and other countries may be possible, but will require a quote to deliver.  Please contact us for additional information.

White Glove (Freight) Delivery

  • In Stock items ship in 1-2 weeks and typically arrive in 2-6 weeks.
  • Out of stock items ship in 4-6 weeks and typically arrive in 6-8 weeks.
  • Please note shipping delays may result in longer lead times on select out of stock merchandise.
  • You will be notified by email at the time your merchandise ships to our White Glove Delivery Partner in your area.
  • Our White Glove Delivery partner will contact you upon receipt of your merchandise to schedule your in-home delivery.
  • White Glove Delivery includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packing materials.
  • Shipments requiring a ferry will result in a 25% surcharge.
  • Inspection and signature are required at time of delivery.
  • We deliver anywhere within the continental United States.
  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other countries may be possible, but will require a quote to deliver. Please contact us for additional information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard White Glove Delivery costs are estimates based on location, room of choice, packing, crating, weight and dimension information, and may vary from what is indicated. While we have done our best to estimate costs, we reserve the right to change your standard shipping cost, but you will be notified if this is the case and we will not ship without your consent.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SURCHARGES

Select items may result in additional shipping surcharge based on size and location. Should your order incur additional surcharges, we will inform you prior to shipping.

Delivery to remote locations or difficult to access locations, or rooms that are not easily accessible, or that require more than a standard two person crew may be subject to additional charges prior to, at, or after time of delivery.

SALES TAX          

Sales tax and local taxes on merchandise will be applied to California residents only.
